UNIQUE APPROACH
I admit we have a unique approach when it comes to comic book Kickstarters - affordable quality is our goal. We also value the opinion of our supporters and I'm willing to step in and make some adjustments based on feedback.
BOOK CERTIFICATES
Currently, the certificates were a physical bonus for getting your items shipped early. Something to give as a gift. We've never done certificates before and, honestly, I wasn't sure how popular they would be.
I have heard from a few people that they would like to see them offered for every physical copy of the book and mailed with the book.
OPINION?
This update will go live and be emailed directly to over 600 backers. If I can hear from at least 50 backers that you want the certificate added, I can add it as a $75k stretch goal.
REACHABLE GOAL WHEN YOU SHARE/LIKE/TWEET
That's reachable if everyone who wants a certificate shares on their social media we would probably reach the $100k goal and add a ton of pages to the hardcover book as well!
If you have 1 TPB find 4 friends and switch to the 5 TPB bundle (it's early bird pricing and includes 5 sets of bonus prints!)
GOALS TO LOOK FORWARD TO
$70K adds over 20 EXTRAS pages to the TPB version that will be unique to that version as they had to be redone to fit the space
$75k - certificates? Up to you - leave your opinion!
$80k - Bonus print #3: Nexus Origin Panel Redo - we've already done this as a print, but I'm going to redo it on the upgraded paper.
$90k - 12 pages added to the Hardcover editions; reprinting the 11 page Sundra painted story
$100k - Major goal. Stretch goal - Add 48 more pages to the hardcover editions by adding the Nexus: Origin story! PLUS a USB drive with the Nexus Flexi MP3 and MP4 preloaded! BONUS: The digital version of the Flexi will go to ALL levels.

Our designer is hard at work making the extras pages fit into the smaller Trade paperback size. All of the pages were originally designed for the oversized newspaper strip (18x24)
Then they were reduced for the Deluxe hardcover (10x15") and that worked great. What didn't work was reducing it all the way down to 6x10.5". The print was so small as to be illegible. So, basically, for every page of extras (Examples below).
The extras are not quite finished, but it looks to be at least 24-32 extra completely redesigned pages just for the TPB. We'd love to add them - only $5,500 and 4 days to go to reach that goal!

THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT BOOKS
The content with the books is different to allow for the extra pages needed to have color, pencils and inks inside the hardcover editions. At over 300 pages is is already more than double the usual black and white "artists" edition books on the market that only include inks.
(1) Trade Paperback
(2) Hardcover (with 3 editions)
SIZE COMPARE
LIMITED AND ART EDITIONS
Limited and Art Edition hardcovers both come with the Sundra plate signed by both Baron and Rude, they both include slipcovers and are both shrinkwrapped.
THE HARDCOVER COMES IN 3 DIFFERENT VERSION
The interior content is identical in all 3 versions with the exception of the signed plate/original art as noted below.
Deluxe UNSIGNED Version is unsigned. If you wish to have your hardcover signed, add on for a signature or wait until checkout where you will also have the option to add on a signature.
Limited Edition Version comes with the Sundra Plate signed by Baron AND Rude and sewn into the book as shown. It also comes with the slipcase as shown and is shrink wrapped. As noted, it is SIGNED already. You may add $10 to have it personalized.
Art Edition Version - The same as the Limited Edition Version with the addition of a piece of original art sewn in front of the Sundra plate.

Steve currently has 3 of the 10 pieces completed and they are available in their own pledge.

Super Limited Original Art #3

Here is the finished art for another Original Art book! This particular image was done on illustration paper and will be cut along the blue lines and sewn into Super Limited Original Art #3. It is available as a separate pledge for $2,000 which includes all the books and the extras!
