We are pleased to announce the coming of Gourmando continues with BATTLE FOR THUNEWORLD, May 2024!
COLLECTOR'S EDITION IS COMPLETE WITH #5
Battle for Thuneworld will be Steve's book as sole writer, penciler, letterer, inker and cover artist! These COLLECTOR EDITION PREVIEWS allow Steve to work on Nexus and get it out faster!
If you haven't been following the Collectors Editions, we have been running a series of Kickstarters to fund the continuation of Nexus: The Comic Strip. Each kickstarter raised around $12-15K which was enough for the printing and to keep Steve drawing for a few weeks. Please mark your calendar, tell your friends (and retailers) and join us in JANUARY for an EPIC launch of Thuneworld!
Each of the COLLECTOR EDITION "Ashcans" contains an early version of the script and all the penciled and/or inked pages for all the pages in that issue. While the main storyline will be the same you'll find huge changes in the final dialoge, inks, and even page numbering (yes, Steve MOVED scenes around for better story flow!).

The coming of Gourmando oversized trade paperback was thrown into the schedule so the series would be eligible for Eisners and other awards in 2024.
THUNEWORLD COMICS FOR FREE COMIC BOOK DAY
All 5 issues of Thuneworld are in the final stages of touch ups and coloring, and we will launch ALL FIVE final issues in STANDARD COMIC BOOK SIZE weekly in May starting with FCBD week. Though we are not an official FCBD comic, we will offer book ALL FIVE (5) issues at a STEEP discount.
To accommodate the schedule, fund the printing, and get the books out to stores by May, we have decided NOT to run a Kickstarter for the Thuneworld Collector's Edition #5. Instead we will be running a Kickstarter in January to fund the printing.
