OVERVIEW
1 backer who has yet to give us a shipping address,
12 with sketches processing, and 41 in queue for shipping.

USA
If you are in the USA, and did not have a sketch on either your Gourmando or your 2021 Sketchbook order your book should be shipped by now. If you have not received tracking please message me (don't post here it's easy to miss it!)
USA - SKETCHES
If you have a USA order and had a sketch we are currently processing those orders. Steve is FINISHED with all the sketch requests. My assistant, Kim, is scanning and emailing you a preview before it's sent off.
PACKING IS SLOW
After the first round of books went out and a few were dinged, we changed the way we are packing. USPS is still managing to ding a few of the books, but not so much. We're working with our packing supplier to come up with a packing solution. Custom boxes are coming in at $15 each.
Our current method is taking about 10 minutes PER ORDER to wrap so we're getting packages wrapped at about 5-6 per hour. Sketchbooks usually wrap at 20-30 per hour!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are a little nervous with international orders so we are getting some boxes and are testing to see how the box in box will work to ensure all International orders arrive safely. At a cost of around $100 per order to ship we want to make sure it arrives in great condition!
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
We are FINALLY getting set up with EasyShip Collect. We are getting impatient to get International orders rolled out so we will be emailing you with shipping options and option to prepay customs or wait until it arrives.

We are combining Goumdando and 2021 Sketchbook orders so if you had a sketch on either one your order has been held. Steve is doing sketches quickly so it won't be a long hold.

All done, with love, by a shipping group of 3. We are not Amazon, we do not use fulfillment houses. We individually hand pack each box and check each order. We do our best to never send out damaged items, but we are human and trying to get 600 orders out the door quickly but safely.

We've had a number of inquiries from backers who thought they had unsigned items to find out they had double signed items or all signed items.

We are locking addresses in groups. Once your address is locked it means that your order has been sent in a group for processing.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We have another conference call with EasyShip Oct 28th to see if we can get connected with EasyShip Collect which will allow you to choose your shipping method and choose to prepay for custom/duty charges or pay on arrival. Reglardless of getting set up or not we are packing international orders and will begin processing shipping and customs for them once the USA orders are completed.

SHIPPING UPDATE
We got another 90 orders out the door this week between this and the Gourmando campaign. If you didn't back both, quick update, it caught caught in the supply chain debacle and arrived from Hong Kong literally the same day as the 2021 Sketchbook. Thank you for your patience while we work to get orders from all 4 campaigns (Indiegogo as well) out the door.

USA SHIPPING UPDATE
We are nearing the end of USA shipping for both campaigns! We processed another 60 orders today for pickup tomorrow and have another 60 in the queue for tomorrow that will take a few days to pack. The only remaining orders I could see for USA had sketches. Steve is finishing these up quickly and hopes to have them done in the next week.
NOTE: This is for both the Gourmando and 2021 Sketchbooks. We had many backers that supported both and we are trying to pack both together to save on shipping and packing materials.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We hope to start International shipping by next week. We have been attempting to work with EasyShip to get onto their EasyShip Collect program which will allow you to prepay duty charges which will expedite shipping and customs. Unfortunately, our contact there has been dragging his heels and we are still attempting to gain access to the program. This will also allow you to upgrade from the slow boat shipping.
THE COMING OF GOURMANDO FEEDBACK
As books are going out we would love to hear your feedback on Gourmando, the Extras, Out There with Koffee and the Dude, and the hardcover itself. Steve has been working on "The Battle for Thuneworld" (Newspaper Strip V2) since January without compensation so let us know how you liked Gourmando!
