There seems to be confusion on why the survey checkout is needed even though you paid on November 5th.
I need an accurate count for all levels combined so I can place my order

If you did an add on the Add On was BETA and BackerKit was not successful in bringing over the options. The good news is that add ons were listed in your Kickstarter backer information so I can manually pull it from there (and you can see it there also) which will assist in completing checkout
THANK YOU INCENTIVE
This is not a thank you for backing the Kickstarter. This is a Thank You for completing your survey and ”PLACING YOUR ORDER” by the end of this week. If you don’t add anything, paid the correct postage (international orders) then checkout should take only 5 minutes or less. You are not asked for billing information unless you owe more than you paid in Kickstarter.
EXAMPLE
This is a simple order - TPB with $5 added for a signature, but they didn’t pay for shipping so they will OWE money in backerkit for the shipping.
The print did NOT come with just the TPB. These are high quality prints and the $40 charged is not far off from the actual printing cost. Leave comments if you would prefer I do cheaper prints and have them included in all the levels (like I usually do) or if you prefer higher quality. These are the comments that will help shape our next campaign.
So if you ordered the TPB, it did NOT come with prints, but you have the option to add them for $40 then signature options. Here our backer did NOT prepay but has decided to get them and have both Baron and Rude sign them.
You are then asked if you chose to your order shipped before Christmas and/or if you would like to add a certificate. NOTE: Adding the $5 for the certificate will add it for ALL the books in your order. Some levels have the certificate included. You can always go back and change your options as long as your order is completed before NOVEMBER 20th which is when I lock the orders, charge cards if you have funds due and lock open ordering (on November 20th we will set limited quantities for all options based on what has been pre-ordered.

All the upgrades were itemized as you went through checkout and very clearly marked. In this case $5 for a signature on the book and $50 for the prints to be purchased and signed. Shipping is to the UK and based on the chart I gave in the Kickstarter. If you are in the USA shipping is free. If you are not shipping is charged here.

GOAL FOR EXTRA TPB PAGES AND FREE CERTIFICATES
The designer worked so hard on the extra pages we've decided to go ahead and include them and squeeze it into the budget. To do this we are cutting the print run of the Deluxe Hardcover and the Limited Edition Hardcover. We will still have 10 copies of the Art Edition available. This should bring our total printing budget for the 4 editions closer to $40,000.
Certificates will be free for the Limited and Art Edition Hardcovers and only $5 (for your entire order) for Trade Paperback and regular Deluxe Edition Hardcovers.
CHARGING AND CHECKOUT
Kickstarter should be charging everyone today and they hold funds for 14 days. During these 14 days we try and get everyone to check out so when funds are available we have final numbers so we can promptly place all our orders.
BackerKit has to sync the orders and match up add ons to our inventory. We hope to have checkout ready by next week. Stay tuned for updates and watch for a checkout invitation to check out.
EARLYBIRD CHECKOUT THANK YOU
If you check out by Wednesday, November 18th we will include a bonus 8x10 Nexus print with your order! We really need all our numbers finalized by November 19th so we can promptly order everything. This is our way of saying THANKS for doing your part to make that happen.
ADD ONs
Add Ons in Kickstarter are still in beta mode and one glitch we've found is how to deal with variations. Example: You order a book and want it signed. The signature is a variation/option.
We've been pondering how to deal with the add on books and items that you may want signed. We've decided the best option is simply to bring them over as the unsigned version. If you added a signature it comes over as a credit (think gift certificate). If you would like them signed/personalized email us once checkout is live or click on the BackerKit help (they're faster!). Hopefully this will be the smoothest option for everyone!
CHECKOUT ASSISTANCE
BackerKit does have a help desk that will be helping me assist you with checkouts. They will be able to see what you added and help you recreate that for checkout. You can also email me via Kickstarter once checkout is live. We'd like to make this as smooth and pain free as possible.

Thank you all so much for your support! We've come so far in such a short time and now we're at the final few days! Let's do a final push to $70,000 and add over 20 pages to the Trade Paperback with all the extras! This includes both the physical and digital copies!
Also, if we can make $70,000 I will include physical copies of the certificate with your order regardless if you have it shipped early or not.
